What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
1) Debit/Credit Card.
If these don’t work for you, give us a call or send an email to email@example.com and we can look into this on a case by case basis.
Can I have a different billing address to the shipment address
Sure! But be aware, and as per banking regulations, we’ll need to make sure the billing and shipping is to the same country/territory.
However, if you have a business case we’d like to hear – send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of the team will be in contact to discuss your needs.
Do you accept international payments?
At the moment we’re only available in the UK, however, if you have a business case we’d like to hear – send us an email to email@example.com and a member of the team will be in contact to discuss your needs.
What happens if I need to change my order?
Not a problem, we will work with you to amend your order and ensure that any billable amounts are correct. If you need more products, we will only charge the difference. If it’s less, we’ll refund the right amount too.
From the time of order, when will I receive my Zumas?
If you’ve opted for the complimentary Survey, your Zuma units will arrive after your survey has happened. This is to ensure that you have the right products for a successful install.
But don’t worry, your Zumas will arrive before any installation is due to take place. We’ll send you tracking advice to help.
If you have opted to not have the recommended survey, once your order has been confirmed by a member of the team you can expect to receive delivery of your Zumas within 5 working days, we’ll also send you tracking advice to help.
I've received my delivery but it's not correct

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
You are entitled to cancel your order. If you have purchased your Zuma products through zuma.ai, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org within fourteen calendar days starting from the day after you receive your Zuma products – we will reach out to you accordingly.
If you have purchased your Zuma products from one of our retail partners or a third party, any return is subject to their returns policy and their terms and conditions will apply.
What if I have a faulty Zuma, how do I return and get a replacement
We hope you don’t receive a faulty unit but if so, contact us so we can help you troubleshoot your problem.
If it doesn’t work out, you’ll find a returns label within the packaging to help.
Do Zuma products come with a warranty?
Yes, Zuma products come with a 3-year warranty.
